Leon’s List of “Want to Try” Items

I hope you all liked the previous articles that detailed out my different stacks.  Neuroprotection, nootropics, and a whole host of mandatory supplements should have gotten the juices flowing for some of you so that you could add to, or start your own stacks and get on the path to optimizing your daily performance.  This next list is all about things I have not yet tried, for the most part, but am either looking into, or definitely considering trying in the future.  I would be extremely interested for people to add to the list or go into their own experiences with any of these substances in the comments section.  Having a list like this always helps me remember that biohacking is largely about self-experimentation and a lot of the things biohackers try may not have all the safe science to back them up yet, but sometimes experimenting is the only way to move forward when you are part of a movement that’s still ahead of its’ time, such as biohacking.

So, here is my list.  Dig in, Google things you are curious about learning more about, and again, comment!

Whew!  What a list!  How did I come up with this list, you ask?  Just looking around on the internet, googling things, and watching YouTube, basically.  I know some of these things are purely experimental, are research chemicals, or are still not even being used on humans in mass yet.  That’s the main reason I haven’t tried any of them.  The list, though, helps me stay motivated about the future of biohacking and the possibilities that are on the horizon.  So, again, I’m not recommending that anyone just jump in and start injecting this and that into themselves hoping to turn into a super hero, but I’m advocating for doing your own research, and at your own discretion, safely testing things that you think are worth it.

    Until next time, biohackers…
